Outlet Valves
DN50 Butterfly Valve (Standard Outlet Valve)
The standard outlet valve for 1,000L IBC tanks. Quarter-turn operation for fast opening/closing. Available materials: PP (polypropylene) body with EPDM seal — suitable for water, mild chemicals, food liquids, and most industrial chemicals. Compatible with Schutz IBC, standard IBC, and most generic IBC brands.
DN80 Ball Valve (High-Viscosity Outlet)
Larger bore ball valve for high-viscosity liquids: resins, adhesives, heavy oils, pastes, and thick chemical solutions. Full-bore design minimizes flow restriction. PP/PVDF body with PTFE seal for aggressive chemical compatibility.
Filling Caps
DN150 Screw Cap — Standard
Standard IBC filling opening cap. PP material with EPDM gasket seal. Available with or without vent hole. Fits most Schutz and generic IBC tanks. Replace when cap cracks or gasket seal fails to prevent contamination and vapor loss.
DN150 Screw Cap — Vented
Vented cap allows pressure equalization during emptying without removing the cap. Prevents vacuum formation in the bottle which can cause deformation and incomplete emptying. Recommended for viscous liquids.
Gaskets & Seals
EPDM Gaskets
General-purpose gasket material. Good resistance to water, steam, alkalis, and many dilute acids. Not recommended for petroleum products or aromatic solvents. Suitable for: water-based chemicals, food liquids, cleaning agents, fertilizers.
PTFE Gaskets
Chemical-resistant gasket for aggressive applications. Compatible with concentrated acids, strong bases, aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene, acetone), and high-purity pharmaceutical and food-grade applications. Required for EX-Antistatic ATEX applications.
Adapters & Fittings
Camlock Adapters (DN50)
Quick-connect camlock fittings allow fast, leak-free connection of hoses to the IBC valve without tools. Available in male (Type C) and female (Type E) configurations. Material: PP, aluminum, or stainless steel. Speeds up filling and emptying operations.
IBC Lid Strainer / Filter
Stainless steel mesh strainer inserted into the DN150 filling opening to filter debris and particulates during filling. Prevents contamination of stored liquid. Mesh sizes: 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm.

What gasket material should I use for chemical storage?
