Who We Are
Zonepack Vietnam (Zonepack Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd.) is an industrial packaging supplier based in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong — the heart of Vietnam’s industrial zone cluster. Established in 2017, we supply a comprehensive range of industrial containers to chemical processors, food & beverage manufacturers, FDI factories, and agricultural companies across Vietnam.
We offer three tiers of industrial packaging to match every operational requirement and budget:
Premium tier — Schutz IBC tanks 1000L (manufactured in Thailand under German Schutz standards): Foodcert series for food-grade applications, EX-Antistatic for ATEX-rated flammable solvents, and SX-EX for oil & petrochemical storage. Full Schutz certification and UN marking included.
Standard tier — Quality IBC tanks 1000L sourced from certified manufacturers. Virgin HDPE inner bottle, galvanized steel frame, DN50 or DN80 valve. UN certified for hazardous goods transport. Cost-effective for volume orders.
Vietnam-made products — Steel drums (200–220L), HDPE plastic drums (120–220L), and HDPE jerry cans (5–30L) manufactured domestically. Fast availability from our Binh Duong warehouse.
Reconditioned IBC tanks — Inspected, cleaned, pressure-tested and UN-recertified at our Binh Duong workshop. 40–50% lower cost than new, with full safety compliance.

Standard IBC Tank 1000L
Quality IBC tanks sourced from certified manufacturers. Virgin HDPE inner bottle, hot-dip galvanized steel frame, DN50 or DN80 outlet valve. Available new 100%, ATEX-rated, and food-grade variants. UN certified for hazardous goods transport.
Reconditioned IBC Tank 1000L
Professionally reconditioned at our Binh Duong workshop: full frame inspection, new HDPE inner bottle, pressure testing, new valve and gaskets, UN recertification. 40–50% lower cost than new IBC tanks with full safety compliance.
Steel Drum 200L–220L (Vietnam-made)
Q235 cold-rolled steel with epoxy-coated interior. UN1A1 closed-head for liquids, UN1A2 open-head for solids and powders. UN certified for hazardous goods transport.
HDPE Plastic Drum 120L–220L (Vietnam-made)
Virgin HDPE drums in 120L, 125L, and 220L. Corrosion-resistant, rust-free, lighter than steel drums. Food-grade options available. Suitable for chemicals, food, water, and agricultural liquids.
HDPE Jerry Can 5L–30L (Vietnam-made)
Virgin HDPE jerry cans with wide-mouth opening, ergonomic handle, airtight screw cap. 5L, 10L, 20L, 25L, 30L. For engine oil, lubricants, fuel, chemicals, water, and agricultural liquids.
IBC Tank Repair & Reconditioning Service
On-site IBC repair at our Binh Duong workshop: valve replacement (DN50/DN80), cap & gasket replacement, inner bottle replacement, pressure testing, frame inspection, UN recertification. Turnaround: 3–5 business days.
